The Movement Continues.

So... here's the thing...

A few years ago, I started a podcast, and you're probably tired of hearing me say that by now. ;)

The truth is, in April 2015, I could never have imagined that I would be sitting here two and a half years later. Together we've shared more than two hundred and fifty episodes, nearly 1.5million downloads, and a reach of several million through social media.

In the past year, I've traveled around the globe and shared and visited with sellers from all walks of life. It really has been a great joy to be the leader of the Private Label Movement, and I am incredibly grateful that you have welcomed me into your life, shared your stories and successes and occasionally, yes - your failures with me.

This "job" (if you can call it that) has given me a lot of incredible opportunities too. I've been able to meet and talk with people, collaborate with people I could never have imagined would have been possible. It has led to some amazing opportunites, some new business ventures, and an overabundance of gratitude. It's also important to note that I've been fortunate to build a great team, full of dedicated and talented people. They are really the true heroes that have pulled it all together.

Just recently, you honored all of us - by voting us "best podcast" in the 2017 seller awards. Thank you!

I want to let you know that after weeks of careful thought and deliberation, I decided to cease regular production of the Private Label Movement podcast in December 2017, and most of the regular public content that goes along with that. While this was a difficult decision to come to, I know it is the right decision for me, for my family and friends and for my businesses.

I am looking forward to putting all of my focus back on to the businesses I have been fortunate enough to build and to spending much more time with my family, something I regret not doing more of over the past few years. I am also looking forward to taking some downtime and cultivating some new hobbies, such as painting - something I have always wanted to do.

So, while we may not interact as often, I hope you'll keep in touch. I hope you'll stay tuned, and that I might be fortunate enough to have you continue to follow the content that I hope to put out from time to time. I am not really going anywhere; I'm going to be right there beside you, building a business just like you.

And most importantly, I want you to know that while this may be the end of a podcast, it is not the end of the movement. Because the Movement, my friends, was never about me. It was and is about you.
